Function Specific Activities:

Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Support the development of execution plans for key innovation & events with our channel & customer teams.
  • Leadership of relevant agencies from brief to execution of compelling shopper marketing, experiential & sampling programs.
  • Ensuring all assets created (incl. digital) are available & accessible for customer teams.
  • Tracking NPD performance vs. targets & capturing learnings to inform future planning.

  • 1. Execution of marketing calendar against annual plan for assigned brand portfolio
    • Development & execution of marketing programs inclusive of shopper, experiential, consumer promotions & PR
    • Execution accountability end to end from the point of handover from BU Marketing through to program post launch review (PLR). Specifically:
      • IMC: Execution of IMC toolkit as provided by BU Marketing including implementation of media buying, development & execution of consumer BTL programs
      • Packaging: Artwork roll-out to approval of final layered files
      • Shopper: Build & deliver aligned POS tool kit & final artwork (from approved key visual)
      • Innovation: in market execution of final product bundle
  • 2. Stakeholder and Relationship Management - developing and maintaining constructive working relationships with multiple internal and external partners
    • Lead multiple agencies to execute best in class programs - Experiential, Promotion, PR, Sponsorship
    • Participate in commercialisation & execution workstream to deliver initiatives on time & in full
    • Communicate program materials and updates across the system

  • 3. Budget and metric management - financial knowledge, metric and budget tracking
    • Monitoring programs vs. agreed scorecard metrics
    • Learning Review management & reporting

.QUALIFICATIONS / COMPENTENCIES / SKILLS:

  • Effective & Efficient project management of assigned brand execution plans
  • Ability to work across multiple categories, brands and types of projects
  • Ability to manage complex timelines and stakeholders
  • Ability to follow project mgmt and governance procedures (MAC / IAP etc)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher School Certificate /Bachelor Degree
