Position Overview:

• This position is in charge of all France activities related to financial planning, controlling and marketing investment management as well as leading initiatives on marketing productivity; MROI and revenue growth management. France is one of the 10 largest market
• Lead the territory P&L management with BU Lead team managing risks and opportunities, developing scenarios that allows to make informed business decision and ensure delivery of results (20%)
• Lead the territory Revenue Growth initiatives together with local marketing and commercial teams from the Company and the bottler (20%)
• Lead and control all processes around Management and Control of Mktg. Funds for the system in France including budgeting, reporting, resource allocation and ROI analysis in collaboration with the bottler finance leadership team (20%)
• Lead revenue capabilities for Western Europe marketing team (20%)
• Collaborate with CPS, GBS and Corporate Tax to ensure robust processes, rigorous controls and strong governance in the areas of concentrate supply chain, opex budgeting, audit and tax planning (10%)
• Lead and develop marketing and planning team including talent acquisition, developing the team to be a valued business partner and day to day coaching (10%)
