Job Summary

We are looking for a game-changing Marketing Manager Sparkling Sugar Drinks (SSD) Adults to lead the development of growth strategies and brand plans for a portfolio of brands (focus Schweppes) to capture the opportunity of recruiting growing adults target to accelerate revenue growth by building and grow a premium brand portfolio. Lead & inspire & develop a team of brand managers to achieve targeted revenues, share, contribution and image results. Analyze market trends and development with the aim of identifying incremental revenue and share opportunities to capture with innovations within Schweppes and other premium SSD's.

Function Specific Activities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop long range strategic plans for SSD Adult brand portfolio and ensure that commitment of resources from The Coca Cola Company and Coca Cola Hellenic are in place to deliver.
  • Lead programs that drive revenue & shares & profit. This includes innovation and related profit streams.
  • Formulate consumer marketing strategies, plans and programs ensuring locally relevant SSD brands positioning. Develop and implement brand initiatives designed to broaden the appeal of brands to consumers.
  • Establish and manage marketing budgets and ensure appropriate funding across marketing mix elements of the brand portfolio and implement programs to drive efficiencies.
  • Secure correct and timely implementation of strategies in cooperation with other key functions: Technical, Finance, Legal, Public Affairs & Communications, Marketing Communication, Marketing Insights and Strategic Planning, Customer and Commercial Leadership and Bottler to execute brand plans with excellence, evaluate the results and leverage learnings.
  • Provide timely, accurate and inspirational communication between the Company and the Bottler, as well as appropriate company departments and management regarding consumer marketing issues/opportunity.
  • Work with the Knowledge & Insights and Strategy & Insights function to develop consumer marketing insights and provide a foundation for marketing strategy and channel management.  Co-ordinate the necessary market research tests for SSD Adult portfolio / brands.
  • Ensure strategic brand communications (including advertising, promotion and media plans) via deep consumer understanding, KBI tracking and following global category strategy guidelines
  • Coach & inspire & build marketing capabilities and be a role-model in growth behaviours and leadership behaviours

Related Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in brand marketing (FMCG). By preference experience in marketing of premium brands & luxury brands.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
  • Commercial experience with specific strength on development and plans commercialization.
  • Experience in strategic planning and portfolio management.
  • Ability to work in multinational environment and interact with the bottling partner, Marketing Function and Global.
  • Fluency in English is a must as well as high competency in oral and written communication skills.
