  • Develop and steward the strategy, roadmap, and feature definitions of PicOS & outlet execution tools & capabilities.
  • Drive integration of PicOS data (closed loop) into Commercial & Sales processes and tools to enable the front-line execution, from CCNA to Bottler.
  • Define selling tools suite needed for best in class execution and success.
  • Act as an effective liaison between business and technology stakeholders.
  • Identify and articulate high-value business requirements and ensure technology solution achieves goals.
  • Develop and/or update training materials and steward Change Management techniques to improve and sustain adoption of existing and new tools.
  • Serve as the CCNA SME to Global KO in the subject of outlet execution tools.


  • Project Management: Ability to use appropriate tools and techniques to plan/secure resources for, manage, assist and ensure the progress and ultimate completion of designated projects; effectively manage time, communications, and resources to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Commercial/Shopper/Customer Marketing Knowledge: Basic knowledge of commercialization, shopper marketing programing to support stakeholder top needs
  • Negotiation: Exploring alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain all parties' support and acceptance, striving for outcomes that are a win-win for all stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills:  Ability to communicate complex information and implications both verbally, in interactions with senior customer leaders, and in written presentations, utilizing "storytelling techniques" to communicate a clear, compelling and cohesive story.
  • Technical Familiarity: Ability to learn and effectively use information/business tools and platforms (Salesforce Community Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud) to effectively manage the roadmap for managed platforms.


Education Required: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or related area

Education Preferred: 

  • Master's Degree

Experience Required:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in developing and stewarding the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of large scale solutions and services with a demonstrated record of customer focus.
  • Previous experience supporting or direct knowledge of commercialization and shopper marketing
  • Experience with training development, design and implementation
  • Implementation of complex enterprise wide processes and solutions
  • Successfully led continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead matrix project/initiative teams

Experience Preferred

  • CPG customer management and sales account management / development
  • Coca-Cola full system knowledge
